How long does shipping take for a new hot tub?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Once your order is processed, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a white-glove delivery and placement service.
What are the electrical requirements for installation?
Most of our full-sized models require a dedicated 220V/50-amp circuit installed by a licensed electrician. However, we also offer 'Plug-and-Play' models that operate on a standard 110V household outlet.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with specialized lenders to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can apply for financing directly at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest terms.
What is your return policy on spas and accessories?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, unused accessories can be returned for a full refund. For hot tub units, a restocking fee may apply, and the unit must be in original condition.
How often do I need to change the water?
For optimal hygiene and equipment longevity, we recommend a full water drain and refill every 3 to 4 months, depending on usage frequency and your water maintenance routine.
